I'm Rabieh Adib, Founder and Principal Coach of Shine. Born in Germany, son of a Belgium mother and a Lebanese father, married to a Spaniard with three Catalan siblings, I consider myself a human being.
Before kicking of Shine I dedicated 11 years of my professional career to Softonic, 7 years as member of the Global Executive Team. I co-created, accompanied and learned during the company's growth from a small start-up to one of the biggest European Internet businesses, with 440 people in 4 continents.
I went on driven by my desire to fully dedicate myself to my real passion: helping people unlock their full potential - for a fulfilled professional and personal life.
